Bargaining Team

Your DDEA Bargaining Team is appointed by the DDEA President. The Bargaining Team is responsible for bargaining a collective bargaining agreement (A.K.A. the contract) with the David Douglas School District. We bargain work load, insurance, salary, and other conditions of employment.
